What this website asks for, where it goes, and what we do with it — in plain terms.
What the forms ask for
The booking form asks for your name, phone number, email, the service address, what the door needs and when suits you. The free-estimate form asks for your name, phone, email, service address, what you need, and whether you'd rather be called or emailed back. The invoice lookup asks for the invoice number and the phone number or email address on the invoice — those two are used only to find that invoice, so only you can pull it up.
If you talk to Daniela in the chat on this site, she works from the messages you type.
Where it goes
Everything you send through this website goes to Blue Ridge Garage Door Repair. It's stored in the business's own customer records — the workspace the business runs on, on the TishTush platform — and it's used to arrange your visit or your estimate and to follow up the way you asked: a call or an email, your choice on the form.
Daniela is an AI receptionist
Daniela, our AI receptionist, answers the chat on this site and the phone line. What you type in the chat is processed so she can answer you and, if you ask her to, take the details for a booking. She is a machine, not a person — the site says so wherever she appears.
What we don't do
Your details are never sold. This website runs no advertising trackers and no analytics scripts — the only program it loads is the chat widget.
Questions about your details
Call (828) 575-4543 or write to info@blueridgegaragedoorrepair.com and the business will sort it out with you.
